A perfect balancing act between design and technology. As Design Engineer at Tangity Italy, newly-coined role within our creative network, I'm a hybrid figures capable of bridging the gap between designers and engineers and empowering design teams to bring their creativity to life.

As a role-family lead I define training plans and learning paths that allows our people to acquire new skills and to stay updated with the fast pace evolving of the front-end ecosystem; started several initiatives of knowledge sharing, internal comunication and engaging.

As Senior Front-end Architect I work together with UX and Visual Designers to translate designed experiences into reality. I provide efficient and scalable solutions to deliver a seamless experience across multiple touchpoints. My goal is to help designers shape and imagine the future, as well to help developers to implement innovative solutions. Together with other countries SMEs, I'm leading the Avanade global community about Front-end Engineering.

As Technical Architect my job has been to set up the proposal development process (design blueprint, estimation, delivery model, price, staff planning), create a mobilization plan & manage the transition into delivery, define a training plan for the solution. For the Software Engineer Talent Community I was nominated as Web Developer champion/advisor with the following responsabilities: As Sitecore Technical Architect I contributed to develop, maintain, and train people on our internal assets for cutting-edge Sitecore development.

As Solution Architect at Avanade, I contributed to architect customer solutions: from analysis, up to define the delivery model, estimations, methodology approach, staffing, and writing the technical design. I specialized in delivery of Sitecore solutions and thanks to my extensive front-end development knowledge I contribute to add more value to the offers for our customers.

As Technical Lead I delivered with success several web projects based on .NET & Sitecore CMS. I lead on-shore & off-shore teams, organize teamwork, define tech guidelines, software architecture, customer interface, writing technical documentation, code reviews, actively identifying bottlenecks, propose resolutions & guidelines, putting all my experience into the field.

I was in charge of several frontend tasks to redesign their web application using Twitter Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3, and AngularJS, on top of an ASP.NET WebApi backend. I also developed new applications on ASP.NET MVC 3/4 and maintained some of the customer existing web apps.

Refactored the frontend of their web application, introducing a clean design inspired by my project BootMetro, giving the app a Windows 8 look & feel.
